When submitting a complaint, please provide your current contact information and the ticket or complaint number. If we’re unable to reach you using the provided methods, we will follow up in writing. You will have 10 business days to respond before we may proceed with closing your complaint.

1. How to Login
- Click on the login button at the top right of the page.
- Follow the steps as provided by using email id or phone number that is registered with us.
- Once you receive the OTP, enter the details to log in
2. Profile settings:
- Under the user account, you will have options to edit your profile. Click on the same.
- Update and then click on Save and Continue to move to the next tab Professional details to upload the necessary documents.
3. My Learning :
- Click on My learning to view the courses opted for along with information related to your learning progress.
- Information related to your enrolled courses along with the progress of it will be visible on this dashboard.

- We understand that you can change your mind. That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a complete refund of your course fee within 7 calendar days of course activation. You will not be eligible for the refund beyond 7 calendar days of the course activation. A student can raise the request for a change of course within 21 days of activation.

- You can click on any course preview to learn more about the course and can enquire about the course with the Medvarsity support team.
- You can buy the course by clicking on the buy now/enroll now (mobile) to purchase and start learning the course.
5. What are the criteria for course completion?
To complete a course, you must finish all course modules and assessments. You can track your progress through the following:
- Web: View your progress as a percentage on the "My Learnings" page and see a green tick mark for each completed module. A course progress bar is also available on the top of the course LMS page.
- Mobile: Track your progress via the course progress bar by module.
Certificates are awarded upon meeting these criteria of your online course and contact program if applicable.
- Course Completion: 100% of the modules
- Final Assessment: 60% or higher
6. What is the passing percentage to clear the Assessments?
- Please be informed that all modules/ final exams must be cleared with above 60% to unlock the next modules.
- Request you retake the assessment to complete the same to get the required passing percentage.
7. When will I get my course completion certificate?
- On successful completion of all modules and final assessment, you can click on certification to provide course feedback and generate the certificate.
- Certificates will be generated only when the course completion criteria are met, Above 80% of course progress (Modules completion), and Above 60% in final assessments.
8.How many attempts do I have for the module exams and final exams?
- Both module exams and final exams allow for up to 3 attempts. If you use all 3 attempts, the highest score achieved will be used for grading.
9. When will I receive my certificate?
- Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all course modules, the final assessment, and any applicable viva, with a minimum score of 60%. An electronic version of your certificate will be available within 48 hours after meeting these requirements.

10. What is the cancellation or refund policy at Medvarsity?
- We understand that your needs may change, and some courses might not be fully relevant to your current role. That’s why we offer a full refund of your course fee if requested within 7 calendar days of course activation. Refunds are not available after this period. Additionally, you may request a course change within 21 days of activation.

11. What if I don’t complete the course within the allotted time?
- The course duration starts from the date you first access the content, and it is your responsibility to complete the course within this timeframe. If you are unable to finish the course due to unavoidable circumstances, you can purchase an extension for additional time.

12. Will I be able to access the course after the completion of my course duration?
- You will only be able to access the course after the course duration has ended if you have completed all course requirements within the allotted time.
